It also provides an LED readout to display the temperature of your hard drive in celsius or fahrenheit.  Most importantly, with its adjustable crossflow blower, the Vantec Vortex can lower the temperature of your hard drive by up to 40%.  Compatible with any 3.5" hard drive, including Serial ATA, IDE, and SCSI, the Vantec Vortex increases system stability and prot  ects your data.

Crossflow Blower:
